The moment a kid realises he has shot his computer monitor will fill you with nerves

Aaaaand it’s too late.

This kid was attempting to record an effects video and decided to shoot what he thought was a faulty airsoft gun. Unfortunately for him, the gun was loaded and kind of ruined his computer monitor.

As he tells it:

Yes, this is me in the video. The airsoft gun had been jammed for a few months, and I thought the battery was dead. The entire reason why I was recording this is because I wanted to try to do some special effects like Freddiew or Corridor Digital, so I recorded me pretending to shoot a gun so I could add the effects in.

Fortunately, it seems to have had a happy ending…

YouTube star Freddie Wong saw what happened and offered to pay for a new monitor.

And it seems he’s making good on his promise.
